Every child is unique – That’s the core of our philosophy.
Sarah Wong
Chief Paediatric Physiotherapis
Our paediatric physiotherapists provide a comprehensive range of services and programs for premature infants, infants, children and teens. Our priority is to optimise the potential of every child.
We are a child and family centric practice. We work with infants, children, teens and their families to identify movement deficiencies and functional difficulties. We then set clear goals (short term, medium term and long term) that we can achieve together. We assess, intervene, teach and advise on exercises, care-giving, movements and activities which the caregivers can help their infants/children/teens.
We guide patients to use their limbs and coordinate their body parts in order to learn new motor skills or relearn forgotten ones. We teach our patients ways to move their bodies with greater efficiency without compromising other body systems. Each physiotherapy session is individually designed to be fun, engaging and motivating for our patients based on their unique needs and traits.
To the caregivers of our patients, we support, guide, train and empower you so that you will have the confidence and skills to carry out home exercise programming. We are here to hold your hand whenever the need arises.
Our interventions are focused on optimising independent mobility, function, strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, endurance, gross and fine motor skills and motor planning. Our goal is to not only to help our patients move better but also empower them to reach their full potential. We aim to deliver results.
Every child is unique, hence will require individualised physiotherapy intervention and care plan catered to their needs – That’s the core of our philosophy.

We are also the first centre in Singapore to utilise Universal Exercise Unit in physiotherapy and rehabilitation for our patients. The Universal Exercise Unit is a stand-alone structure that uses body and pelvic harnesses with bungee cord attachments to reduce the effects of gravity on body parts and hence facilitating the motor learning required for essential skills such as independent sitting, standing, single leg standing and jumping.
